At URIKN, we are happy to offer exchanges for returned items, provided they meet the following conditions:

 Items must be returned in their original state as received.

 They should not show signs of use, such as scratches, stains, washing, adjustments, or wear (other than for trying on).

 All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact and in perfect condition.

While we strive to accommodate all exchange requests, please note that due to the limited availability of our unique pieces, exchanges are subject to size and style availability.

Refund Policy

URIKN does not offer refunds for item prices or shipping costs. However, we guarantee an exchange or a Store Credit

 Within 3-5 days of your order placement, before items are shipped.

 Or within 2 days after receiving your order.

Note: All Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We accept exchange within 3-5 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed items with original tags and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at Uriknfashion@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you’d like to exchange. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, an exchange will be initiated. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at  Uriknfashion@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
