Order Processing and Shipping Information

Please allow 1-2  business days for your order to be processed. 

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding pre-order items. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping: FREE 

 Priority Shipping: 3-5 business days

 Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

International Shipping:

 UPS International: 7 business days

 UPS International Economy: 10 business days

FYI USPS might take longer

Tracking is available once the package leaves the U.S. Please note that delays may occur due to customs, and all customs duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility. For inquiries about customs, please contact your local post office.


Track your package using the tracking number provided via email on your local post office website. Orders cannot be altered after fulfillment, which typically occurs within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday after placement.


Undelivered Shipments:

If UPS or USPS indicates that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please wait an additional 3 business days. If your package still hasn’t arrived after this time, please give us a call or email us. Refund will not be provided.
